Ethics for a show in a theatre (My thoughts)

For a Dancer :-

• Be on time
• Be respectful to others
• Be professional
• Be respectful of other people's property
• Be courteous
• Always give your best work
• Don't get complacent
• Treat the theatre with respect
• Keep your body in good shape
• Always warm up and cool down
• Honor the contract
• Do not drastically change your appearance mid-run without permission (weight loss/gain, hair colour/style)
• Listen to the person in charge and follow instructions

For the employer :-

• Treat employees respectfully
• Honour the contract
• Do not take advantage of employees
• Pay on time
